Maldita Telefónica de Argentina

Durante Junio del 2010 me llama un telemarketer y me ofrece un servicio de factura sin papel que consiste en que me tengo que ocupar todos los meses de imprimir la factura en vez de recibirla en el buzón de mi casa, le digo que no me interesa.

Me contesta que de todas formas, como es un servicio gratuito, me da mi usuario y password.

Durante Julio o Agosto me llama una máquina avisándome que no pagué la factura del teléfono, verifico y efectivamente no la había pagado ya que la misma no había llegado.

Llamo a telefónica y me dicen que no me llegó porque estoy adherido al servicio de factura sin papel ...

Les digo que había dicho que no lo quería, me dicen que lo tengo que dar de baja yo accediendo a mi cuenta.

Busco los datos de la cuenta y no los encuentro (cuando me los pasó el telemarketer o no los anoté o los anoté en cualquier lado ya que en ningún momento fué mi intención usarlos).

Llamo a telefónica y me dicen que vaya a la web de telefónica y ponga que me olvidé la clave. Hago eso y no pasa nada (después me enteré que el maldito telemarketer me había dado de alta con una cuenta de mail cualquiera ...). Vuelvo a llamar y les comento que no pasa nada ... Me dicen que me dan de baja ellos mismos.

Bueno resumiendo, luego de 6 o 7 meses en que las facturas no llegaron, cargos de reimpresión, cargos de rehabilitación, alrededor de 100 llamados al 112, me rendí y acepté el servicio de factura sin papel ...

Telefónica y todos las personas que tuvieron que ver con esto, les deseo lo peor.

Ojalá algún día se termine el monopolio y se fundan y sus empleados se queden en la calle y tengan que buscarse un trabajo decente.
